Vivanova Inc is a studio founded in 2026 by Victoria Ivanova, who has spent the past 15 years building at the edges of — and between — cultural institutions, technology companies, research bodies, policy environments, and financial infrastructures.
Most recently, Victoria was Head of Innovation and Future Art Ecosystems at Serpentine, where she helped build a department that shaped the institution's profile in the cultureXtech space. Central to this was Future Art Ecosystems, a strategic briefing series and an incubation platform — now a reference across cultural, policy, and technology contexts — alongside ambitious prototypes at the frontier of cultural and technological governance: new models for artistic stewardship with RadicalxChange (PCOArt), and data governance frameworks for AI training developed with artists, technologists, and legal partners (Trusted Data Intermediary).
Beyond Serpentine, Victoria has worked with a broad spectrum of internationally acclaimed cultural institutions, tech companies such as Google and HTC Vive Arts, as well as think-tanks, governments, family offices, and venture funds, alongside completing a practice-based PhD on creative R&D and infrastructural innovation through cultureXtech.
Vivanova Inc studio is built for working between fields. Much of what matters now is emerging across disciplines, geographies, and ahead of articulated frameworks. The studio works laterally across strategy, research, and product development — drawing on a transversal network built over fifteen years, and assembling teams calibrated to each brief: curators, artists, technologists, researchers, lawyers, creative directors, domain specialists, from across UK, Europe, US, Canada, South America and Asia.
